Vegetable Garden

This weekend I planted a vegetable garden. I started small. I planted 10 tomato plants (different varieties), 2 Japanese cucumber plants and 4 Japanese eggplant plants. This is a starter garden. If all goes well, we will enlarge it next year (Edwin dug the bed). Rufus has already figured out he can slip through the larger areas in the 32" high fence. I didn't think of that. I may need to add additional screening since I have to apply some pesticides due to large earwig population in the area.
