Hiking Placerita Canyon
Yesterday, Edwin, Madeline and I hiked the Canyon Trail from the Nature Center to Walker Ranch at Placerita Canyon. It is a 4 mile hike. Here are my favorite photos from the hike. This gorgeous wilderness is a 20 minute drive north from our house. This canyon is located in the western fringe of the San Gabriel Mountains.

Isn't Placerita where you took me one time, when the kids were still fairly young. J was reading Nancy Drew at the time.
